Mentors will provide ongoing guidance and advice to incubation program participants, helping them navigate the complexities of starting and growing their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized mentorship to program participants based on their business ideas and goals.
- Participate in weekly feedback sessions and review participants’ business plans.
- Help participants with problem-solving, business strategy, and market validation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in entrepreneurship or business management.
- Strong advisory and mentorship skills.
- Ability to offer practical, real-world advice to early-stage entrepreneurs.
