Head Trainer (Entrepreneurship Development Program)
Role:
The Head Trainer will lead and manage the training activities for the DE-Hub Incubation Program. This role involves overseeing the development of the curriculum, guiding junior trainers, and ensuring the quality of training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive entrepreneurship training modules.
- Supervise and mentor junior trainers and skills trainers.
- Track participant progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with mentors to align training with practical business needs.
- Coordinate with the Program Coordinator to ensure smooth program execution.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or training.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Prior experience managing teams or running incubation programs is a plus.
