Junior Trainers (Entrepreneurship & Skills Development)
Role:
Junior Trainers will assist in delivering training sessions and workshops as part of the DE-Hub Incubation Program. They will work closely with the Head Trainer to provide individualized support to participants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business operations.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to participants, helping them apply their learning.
- Help develop course materials and assignments.
- Support the Head Trainer in monitoring participant progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in training or working in entrepreneurship programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor participants.
- Basic knowledge of business development and entrepreneurship concepts.
